Yacca is an advanced chat bot designed to assist and interact with users as if it were an actual person. In addition to the advanced parsing routines, yacca also has it's own unique scripting language which makes customizing yacca a breeze, without restarting. The yacca scripting language is an extension to yacca, an advanced chat bot that is currently under development and released under the GNU General Public License (GPL). The scripting engine provides a means for users to effortlessly customize yacca to their needs without needing to modify the source code. Due to the way the scripting engine is designed, users can modify yacca scripts on the fly, thus eliminating the need to shut yacca down before editing.
